SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INSTRUMENT PICK-UP
1. You are entitled to only one pickup slot.
2. A $10 deposit must be made within 24 hours of selecting your preferred pickup date and time.
3. A confirmation message will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
4. Any changes to your pickup date or time must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Deposits will be deducted from the final amount once the job is completed.
6. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of:
6.1 An invalid or incorrect address provided.
6.2 Our courier arriving at the provided address and being unable to reach you.
6.3 Last-minute changes to the pickup date or time.
7. Pictures of your instrument from all sides (front, back, top, and bottom) must be taken and sent to us before handing your guitar to the courier.
8. Fallure to provide these pictures will release us from liability for any cosmetic defects or damages.

INSTRUMENT DELIVERY
8. You are entitled to only one delivery slot.
9. You will be responsible for a $20 delivery fee if delivery is unsuccessful due to any of the circumstances mentioned in points 6.1 - 6.3.
10. Additional delivery slots can be arranged for an extra charge of $15 per trip.
SELF-COLLECTION/DROP OFF OF INSTRUMENTS
11. Appointments must be made to self-collect your instrument at our premises.
LEAD TIME
12. A typical lead time of 14 working days applies to setup jobs starting from the day of pickup.
13. The duration of other types of work will depend on their complexity, and an estimated completion date will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
14. Priority jobs (completed and returned within 48 hours) can be arranged for an additional fee of $50.
PAYMENT
15. We only accept cashless transactions (PayNow, PayLah, or bank transfer).
WARRANTY
16. A 5-day warranty period applies from the date your instrument is delivered back to you.
17. After this warranty period, any necessary rectifications will be considered as new jobs, and all service charges will apply.
DAMAGES
18. You are expected to adequately protect your instrument in a bag or case to prevent damages during transportation.
19. We will not be held liable for any damages to your instrument during transportation due to inadequate protection.
