- Either 10 sets per dish (Eg: 10 sets of NSG, 10 sets of Nasi Rawon), 7 working days in advance.
- Or 50pcs per kueh (Eg: 50pcs Tart Sri Kaya, 50pcs Kueh Bakr Daging), 7 working days in advance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE)
If more than 3 weeks:
- Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit required during submission of pre-order form.
- Remaining 50% to be paid 2 weeks before date of delivery.
If less than 3 weeks:
- Full payment is required upon submission of pre-order form.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Taking into consideration the first 50% non-refundable deposit required;
- For cancellation with more than 7 days (weekend inclusive) from date of delivery/self-collect, we will process the refund for the remaining 50% paid within 7-21 working days.
- For cancellation with less than 5 days (weekend inclusive) from date of delivery/self-collect, there will be strictly zero refund policy due to logistics pre-planning required on our side.
Any request to carry over any unutilised amount will be carefully reviewed on a case by case basis and is subjected to our approval.
