Brazilian Day Sacramento Street Festival 2025 Vendor Registration

Brazilian Day Sacramento Street Festival will be held on Saturday, Sept 20, 2025, on 3rd ave. between 34th street and Broadway in Sacramento 1pm-6pm. The festival is hosted by Casa de Brazilian Folkloric Arts of Sacramento (ctabcat.org). We are very excited to work with you this year! VENDOR SPACE: Vendor registration includes a 10' x 10' space. A canopy, 6 foot table, and 2 chairs. If you choose to bring your own canopy, please make sure it complies with the "small tent" requirements of the California State Fire Code. They should be tents with the "CPAI-84" flame resistant information on the label. Most canopies meet the requirements, just check the label. Just email us if you have questions. VENDOR REGISTRATION: To complete vendor registration, please complete the form AND payment. Vendor set-up information will be sent at least two weeks prior to the festival. Vendors are required to adhere to set-up and tear down times specified in the letter. Please be clear if you sell products or are part of a company that may have multiple vendors to ensure no duplicates! If you register without checking if another vendor company has already registered, there are no refunds. Food vendors should email me directly for registration. Do not register here. I hereby agree and give my permission for Casa de Brazilian Folkloric Arts of Sacramento and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Casa de Brazilian Folkloric Arts of Sacramento website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Casa de Brazilian Folkloric Arts of Sacramento and/or partners control. BY AGREEING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BRAZILIAN DAY SACRAMENTO STREET FESTIVAL 2023, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AGAINST CASA DE BRAZILIAN FOLKLORIC ARTS OF SACRAMENTO AND ITS STAFF/VOLUNTEERS FOR, HARM, DANGER, DEATH OR LOSS THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOU, YOUR STAFF/VOLUNTEERS OR YOUR BUSINESS DURING THE BRAZILIAN DAY SACRAMENTO STREET FESTIVAL ON SEPT 21, 2024 INCLUDING DURING SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN TIMES.

By submitting this form and participating in the festival, I agree to the "Consent to Photograph/Videotape" and "Liability Waiver Statement for Vendors" for the Brazilian Day Sacramento Street Festival 2024 and am responsible for sharing this information with my staff/volunteers as participants of the festival.
