NOTE:
- All packages include creative & style treatment.
- There is a package upgrade fee of J$3500 to include an additional person/child and J$1500 for an additional outfit change per person/child.
- All studio sessions will attract a set fee of J$6000.
- All packages include supporting props if required. But a customized or specially designed prop, set design or backdrop will attract a creative/rental fee depending on client's request or theme.

Note: The fees above also include a travel fee of (J$3000-J$4500) to location covering Photographer's gas usage. Also note that a travel fee will be shared for the location you have listed as "Other". For eg. if you are listing your home as "Other" please state as Home, Liguanea Close.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO ALSO NOTE:
- You can provide unique props, toys, bike, chair, books etc. based on a desired look or a special sentimental value to child/family.
- A 50% deposit is required to book your reserved space and balance is to be paid on the day of the photo session. Payment information will be shared via email after consultation.
- Deposits are non-refundable, and should be paid at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your date with us.
- Photo sessions on public holidays will attract an additional fee, starting at $5000* for locations within Kingston and St. Andrew. Fee for areas outside Kingston and St. Andrew will be shared with you based on the location.
- A late fee of J$3000 applies at the first 20 minutes after the time scheduled for your photo session. If less, the duration you are late for will be taken out of your photo session. If possible, our maximum waiting duration is 1 hour. If a client is unable to make it within the maximum wait period, then the photo session will be rescheduled, as we generally have another photo session for the same day. Note that the late fee will be added to your balance to be paid.
- Photos will be shared by 2-3 weeks after the date of your photo session. Where needed before this timeline a rush charge will be applied.
- Final photos will be shared via email in a photo link for download.
- Black and white photos may be included in final photos as part of '#LittleHeartBWstory'.
- Photos are kept in storage for up to a year.
- RAW photos that are not enhanced will not be shared as a final album nor in addition to the final album.
- Photos may be shared or used on Little Heart by HAYE. printed materials and/or used as part of digital galleries to showcase work/or used as branded materials. Please advise if this is against your wishes.
  A booked photo session can be rescheduled in the event of an emergency, unexpected weather challenge eg. rain or any other issue regarding the client or Little Heart by HAYE. that will affect the photo session. This should be communicated ahead of the photo session.
- All changes should be communicated. eg. a change in outfit or colour scheme.
- Fees and rates subject to change with/without notice.
RESERVE FOR BOOKING

A 50% deposit is required to book your reserved space and balance is to be paid on the day of the photo session. Payment information will be shared via email after consultation. After booking is confirmed, you will receive a creative treatment and style guide for the photo session.
