Students can choose to allow ET Australia to view their full VET transcript directly through the USI Registry System OR the student can provide a copy of their full VET transcript or an extract of.

1. Login to www.usi.gov.au your USI Student Portal

2. Click on Provide Your USI

3. Scroll down to SET UP ACCESS TO YOUR USI ACCOUNT / PERMISSIONS

4. Click on ‘Add Organisation’

5. Organisation Code Enter 90084

6. Click Search

7. You will see 1 result ‘ET Australia Central Coast’ Click on Add

8. Permissions – Select View VET Transcript, View Details and time frame ‘3 months’ will be sufficient

9. Click on Save

Once you have granted permission can you please let ET Australia know.
- If you prefer you can attach a certified copy of your Statement of Attainment, Qualification, Academic Transcript showing the institution name, completion date, unit code/s, unit title/s and results.
- Where documentation is issued in another name (eg: maiden name), you must provide a certified copy of change of name documentation (eg: Certificate of Marriage)
