  • Regions Interclub: an Affiliated Body made up of a group of Clubs who form a committee with nominees from each club, for the purpose of organising and running Regional and Interclub series each year. This is considered a stepping stone for riders between Club Activity and State Championships.

  • a. We, the undersigned, acting for and on behalf of the hereby apply for annual affiliation with Motorcycling Victoria.
    b. We acknowledge and accept that until the annual affiliation fee is paid and the Affiliation Agreement signed and returned we shall not be entitled to take part in the affairs of Motorcycling Australia or Motorcycling Victoria.
    c. We acknowledge and accept the terms of this affiliation outlined in the Affiliation Agreement.
    d. We acknowledge and accept the details outlined in the Motorcycling Victoria Regions \ Interclub Governance Policy.

  • Motorcycling Victoria (MV) and of (the Affiliate) have on this day agreed that in consideration of the Affiliate paying the Affiliation Fee and agreeing to affiliate and insure exclusively with MV, then MV will provide the Affiliation Benefits to the Affiliate

  • 1. The Affiliation Fee is $200 plus GST, payable within 14 days of invoice date.
    2. The Affiliation Benefits:
    2.1. Access to SCB staff and resources for professional and dedicated support
    2.2. Protection under MA’s Associations Liability Insurance policy, as evidenced by the attached certificate of
    currency, covering:
    2.2.1. Professional liability
    2.2.2. Management liability
    2.2.3. Employment Practices liability
    2.2.4. Employee fraud/Volunteer fraud
    2.3. The right to apply to the SCB for event permits which, if granted evidence that the activity described in
    the permit is covered by public liability insurance
    2.4. Entitlement to the benefits payable under the MA Personal Accident Policy for licensed riders, officials,
    licenced crew, accredited coaches and accredited media who suffer injury at permitted events
    2.5. Access to an established structure under which motorcycling activity may be undertaken designed to minimise risk to participants and to the Affiliate comprising:
    2.5.1. Comprehensive rules and procedures
    2.5.2. Accredited officials and coaches
    2.6. Access to MA’s electronic platform (Ridernet) and communications
    3. This Agreement remains in force for 12 months. From 1
    st August to 31st July annually.
    4. The benefits and privileges of affiliation are at all times subject to the Affiliate meeting its obligations:
    4.1. To comply with MA policies including (but not limited to):
    4.1.1. The MA Member Protection Policy
    4.1.2. The MA General Competition Rules
    4.1.3. The MA Track Standards
    4.1.4. The MA Electronic Communications and Social Media Policy
    4.1.5. The Motorcycling Victoria Regions & Interclub Governance Policy
    4.2. To display its Certificate of Affiliation
    4.3. To ensure the MA logo is prominently displayed on all electronic media (including its website), on all
    publications and communications, and at all MA-permitted events.
    4.4. To ensure all Committee members are provided with a copy of the Affiliation Agreement and the
    Motorcycling Victoria Regions & Interclub Governance Policy
    4.5. Additional benefits include:
    4.5.1. Eligibility and support for getting Government grants

    4.5.2. Permitted events will be promoted on the MV events calendar
    4.5.3. Opportunities for Event PR to and write ups via MVs social media and web site

    5. Should the affiliate choose to obtain Sport Insurance Coverage with another body during the year, the affiliate may lose the affiliation benefits
