Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURPOSE

The purpose of this contract is to set forth the terms and conditions upon which R.E.A.C.H Global and Client will agree.

Whereas, Client hereby hires the service of R.E.A.C.H Global to provide any of its services this Agreement shall be effective on the date the Client signs conformity.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows:

PAYMENT TERMS

Whereas, Client shall make the payment via fast deposit, direct deposit or online banking/transfer and provide a copy of deposit confirmation upon completion of payment. Receipt on all payments made shall be sent to Client via email or whatsapp.

Whereas, prices are all presented in TT dollars. Client, therefore, shall pay in TT dollars unless outside of the jurisdiction of Trinidad and Tobago. Instructions are provided upon request for payments to be facilitated in EC, USD or Euros only.

Whereas, Client understands that no portion of the payment made is refundable.

REFUND POLICY

R.E.A.C.H Global does not give refunds on any of its services/packages.  Once a client submits their eProfile, it is assigned to a consultant.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Unless other arrangements are made, initial draft of document is provided within five business days from when the client completed eProfile is received.  Turnaround time shall start upon receipt of completed eProfile.

Rush service is available for an additional fee.

R.E.A.C.H Global will not be responsible for missed deadlines if the client is late in providing information or does not approve of work in a timely manner at any stage of the process.

The client must review all documents for accuracy (including errors and missing or incomplete content) and respond by email with any changes or corrections (or approval to finalize) within five (business) days of receipt of the draft documents. If changes are indicated, R.E.A.C.H Global will provide two additional drafts of the documents for client review and approval. Changes required must remain in the agreed scope of work, and if significant changes are required, such as a change in the focus of the documents, additional charges will apply. If corrections or approval are not provided within the timeline specified, it is assumed the documents are acceptable, and the project will be finalized.

Additional or new information introduced after work has started will generate an additional fee.

Requests for minor changes, additions and corrections, among other revisions after the project is finalized, will be subject to additional charge.

PRIVACY

Whereas, R.E.A.C.H Global is committed to protecting the privacy of all its clients.  All information received from or provided by the clients is strictly for the use of R.E.A.C.H and will not be shared with any third party.
