Faith & Cancer Co-ed Group
We want to connect those with newly diagnosed, repeat diagnosed, or in remission with the powerful support and love that comes with a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you struggle with cancer and your faith, we would like to help you grow your relationship with Christ so that He can help you deal with your condition. We will learn together as we combat our illness, pain, fear, and doubts. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in Classroom 1. (Due to the sensitive nature of the subject, childcare will not be available for this group nor will children be able to attend meetings or be unsupervised outside of the room.)
Families Anchored in Christ - Parent's Group
Parenting is hard! Don’t do it alone! There may not be a manual on parenting, but there is a book that offers timeless advice to parents: the Bible. Join us for a connect group focused on families with young children! Families Anchored in Christ strives to be a community of parents who encourage each other to grow in Christ-centered faith & also be equipped to teach our children to do the same. Join us every Sunday at 9:30 am in the Fairview Heights Campus gym. Childcare will be provided.
The House of Rock
The House of Rock is an ongoing Bible study group that focuses on the most powerful tool we have as Christians. The Word of God. Our goal is to become wise men and women who build their homes on the rock of God’s word. Every Sunday during the 11:00 service, we meet in the FH Chapel; to study a particular book of the Bible. Verse by verse, chapter by chapter, we discuss the readings and encourage each other to live out our lives according to scripture.
Prime Timers
The Prime Timers group exists to help bring together men and women who are 55+ for fellowship and community. We plan 6-8 day-long outings a year to various places of interest. If you are looking for a great time to come together and get to know other believers at Christ Church in the same age and stage, join us!
Sonlight - Co-ed Group
Sonlight is a coed group that meets on Sunday mornings at 9:35 AM in the Fairview Heights Chapel. Our group is open to all individuals seeking a closer walk with Jesus through fellowship and the study of God's word.
Win It - Sports Families Group
We are a Connect Group connecting families managing the demands of sports while prioritizing what matters—our Faith, our Family, and intentionally putting GOD FIRST in all we do. Every Sunday at 11:00am in the Christ Church Fairview Heights Campus Gym Loft. For more information, please contact Mike and Stephanie Michaels at mmichael@buildwithimpact.com.
Trellis - The Next Generation
Trellis is a Christ-centered community for young adults (ages 18–30) designed to help the next generation grow in faith, thrive in community, and bear lasting fruit. Just as a trellis supports a vine, we offer a framework of authenticity, consistency, and vulnerability—guiding young adults as they are discipled, equipped, and empowered to lead. We gather weekly on Sunday nights from 6–8 PM in the FH Chapel for worship, Bible study, the breaking of bread, and intentional community. Whether you're starting college, starting your career, starting a family, or somewhere in between—you are welcome here. This is a place to plant roots, grow in your faith, and be supported every step of the way.
From the Twilight Zone to the God Zone
From the Twilight Zone to the God Zone is a group for those who love the Bible and what it means to be a Christian while also enjoying science fiction. Each Monday night from 6:30-8:00pm we will watch a classic science-fiction episode with strong biblical teaching. If you are a fan of classic television such as Twilight Zone, Alfred Hitchcock Hour, and others, this is the group for you. Come check out these modern-day parables and see how they take their inspiration from the Bible.
Dinner and the Word
We normally meet on the third Friday evening of each month. We start with an awesome meal together and then we break up into usually two groups and watch and discuss the Chosen.
New Baden Connect Group
We want to connect with anyone in the New Baden area for digging into God's word and fellowship. We meet at a home in New Baden to make it easy for others in the area to join us. Our group is primarily made up of couples, but everyone is invited!
Grieving with Hope
At the Grieving with Hope Connect Group, we’ll be studying a book by GriefShare. Members will be guided through the book that helps to process emotions and hurts while taking in what God has for your individual healing needs. If you are looking for comfort, hope, and joy even amidst your own pain of loss, we would love to invite you to the Grieving with Hope Group.
The Watchman on the Wall
This group is dedicated to understanding the current prophetic times and how they relate to God's prophetic timepiece: ISRAEL. We will independently watch a weekly video, led by an eschatology (end time) scholar and then meet to discuss. We will offer a zoom link option for those who cannot meet during our scheduled time. There are several ways to interpret Revelation, but this study will be from a Pre-Tribulation / Pre-Millennial view point with a literal understanding of Bible prophecy.
Scott Adult Bible Study
Looking for a great way to get involved at our Scott campus? Join us for Bible study and devotion every Sunday from 9:00 to 9:45 am and hang around for service.
