CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients are required to provide credit card information to secure their appointment. I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. A fee of 50% of your service will be charged to your card on file if you cancel or reschedule within that 48 hours. If you no show your appointment a fee of 100% of your service will be charged to your card on file.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late please be courteous and text to let me know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I will not be able to do your service and you will be considered a no-show
