Animals (and/or any living thing other than humans must) need written Landlord express permission to reside in or on the property at any time. Not all properties allow pets.

You may request the Landlord's permission for a pet here. Once you recieve written permission and have paid the pet deposit, pet fee, and or pet rent, the pet may occupy the premises under the rules and regulations that are in place (when you receive written permission back from the Landlord or management).

An important liability that you receive and retain along with the other obligations of brininging a pet onto the premises is, but not limited to, (1) fleas (2) Exterminations financially remain the responsibility of the tenant. (3).All interior and exterior emissions of the pet.
Please fill out the following completely and wait for the Landlord's approval. After which this document becomes part of your lease as an addenda. With or without roommates signatures, this document, once approved by Landlord, becomes binding to all tenant's on the lease.

Once an animal is approved, you understand and agree that any and all pest control applications or treatments are the responsibility of you, the client, and your roomates.

You understand and agree that pest control applications or treatments may be required by the Landlord and are the responsibility of you the client and your roomates to hire a licenced pest control company and you, the client(s)pay for such treatments.

Approval and permission allowing a pet to remain on property may be revoked at any time by Landlord or Management. The opportunity to have a pet/animal on the property is not a right but is a limited opportunity.

Pet Deposit and Pet Rent are required.

Cat Pet fee: $99.00 Cat pet rent: $25 mo

Dog Pet fee: $195.00. dog pet rent $45.00 mo.

I understand my responsibilities on how I house and maintain my animal/pet is outlined her as well as in the Landlords rules. I take full responsibilty for my pet(s) and have gained approval of all my roommates (if any), roomates understand their responsibility and obligations that I am incurring with them. I will use a seperate application for any "other pet/animal I am requesting. I acknowledge nothing herein is approved until I (1) recieve a written approval by Landlord, and (2) take care of the fees and charges that will be placed in my online account.
