    TO BE HELD ON: August 18, 2021 (Rain Date: August 25, 2021) / September 1, 2021 (Rain Date: September 8, 2021)
    • Part 1: Event Details 

    • EVENT DETAILS:

      • The event will take place on August 18th and September 1st

      • The event will be held from 5:00 pm - 9:00pm

      • Wellwood closes at 4:00 pm between Hoffman Ave & John St. for vendor set up, Vendor set up to begin at 4:00 pm

      • Wellwood Ave will reopen at 10:00 pm after all vendors are cleared from the street.

      • Wednesdays on Wellwood Events are weather-dependent and nonrefundable. ( Rain dates will be August 25th and September 8th)
        Village code enforcement will be on-site before, during and after all events for safety.

      • Village of Lindenhurst Parking Meters ARE IN EFFECT as per their usual hours - No Metered parking allowed starting at 2:00 pm

      • We encourage anyone who might be drinking to use mass transit ( Taxi Services, LIRR, Uber, etc.)

      • Last call for FOOD & DRINKS ON SIDEWALK IS 8:30 pm and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

      • Local vendors must fill out a vendor application and be approved by the chamber in order to participate.

      • There will be a $50 vendor fee for Chamber members and a $75 vendor fee for non Chamber members.

      • This event is approved for beer wine and cider ONLY


      SPACE ASSIGNMENT :

      • You will be notified of your space assignment 48 HOURS prior to the event by email. NO CHANGES ONCE THE ASSIGNMENT IS GIVEN.

      SPACE SIZE AND SETUP :

      • Space size: 10x10 ft. If bringing a tent, bring something to anchor down the tent in case of wind.

      • Set up starts AFTER 3:30 PM on the day of the event. No vehicle parking on the street.

      • Vendors must supply their own table, chairs, tents, trash containers and disposal bags.

      • Electrical power is not available; vendors can supply their own QUIET power source.

      RESTRICTIONS:
      The following items may not be sold or distributed:

      • Alcoholic Beverages
      • Shaving Cream
      • Colored Hair Spray or any type of spray paint
      • Liquid String
      • Carnival or Mechanical Rides
      • Political or Religious Position Material
      • Other Restrictions May Apply


      FOOD VENDORS:
      You must provide a Food Service Vendor certificate. Contact the Suffolk County Health Department for information and an application. You cannot operate without one.
