Hot Towel While Gloss Is On - $5 - Getting a color? You’ll more than likely get a gloss and glosses are COLD. Adding a hot towel will help you feel more comfortable and relaxed.
Basic Conditioning Treatment - $20 - A quick conditioning treatment tailored to your hair’s needs.
Scalp Scrub - $5 - A couple minutes of scrubbing your scalp with a brush to remove flakes before we shampoo and condition.
SPRING SCALP REFRESHER - $30 - Scalp exfoliation with a brush, a gloss conditioning treatment for added shine, a relaxing scalp massage, and a warm citrus-infused towel to finish.

Do you agree to the cancelation policy?
I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you do so no less than 24 hours before your appointment. Less than a 24 hours notice is considered a “last minute cancellation” and you may be charged a 50% of service booked fee. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward a future appointment. My promise to you: If I ever have to cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, I will make it up to you with 10% off your rescheduled service.

Do you agree to the no-show policy?
No-shows will be charged a 100% of the service booked fee. I send confirmation and reminder texts to avoid any miscommunication on appointment times. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward a future appointment. My promise to you: I will never just not show up for your appointment without communication.

Do you agree to the late policy?
Up to 15 minutes late: We may need to adjust your appointment to a shorter service. More than 15 minutes late: We may need to reschedule and a 50% of service booked fee will be charged if we have to do that. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward a future appointment. I will always try to just adjust the appointment to fit into the time we have left, but sometimes that isn’t possible. My promise to you: I will always communicate with you if I am running a little behind. If I am 15 minutes behind, I will make it up to you with a complimentary add on to your service.
