Each player will receive breakfast or lunch based on their tee time, a player gift, and complimentary food and beverages on the course. Deadline to register a team is October 25th.
Diamond Level ($2,500)
Four-man team, four deluxe player gifts, premier recognition on sponsor board at tee time tent, website, and print materials. Plus, name recognition on the golf cart fleet, a hole sponsorship, and four drink tickets at the tee time tent.

Platinum Level ($1,600)
Four-man team, four player gifts, recognition on sponsor board at tee time tent, website, and print materials. Plus, four drink tickets at the tee time tent.

Gold Level ($800)
Two players, two player gifts, recognition on sponsor board at tee time tent, website, and print materials. Plus, two drink tickets at the tee time tent.

Bronze Level ($300)
One player, one player gift and one drink ticket at the tee time tent.
