** PLEASE NOTE: You must agree to the Vendor Rules to participate in this event. **
1. Vendor arrival starts at 10:00am day of the event; Vendor can request an earlier setup time; Breakdown at 5:00pm
2. Event hours are 1:00pm-5:00
3. Parking- first come first serve; drop area will be available
4. Vendor space- First come first serve
5. Vendors receive a free food ticket; complimentary cold water will be available during the event
6. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, tablecloths, etc. These items will not be provided
7. Vendors must provide their own tent. (Tents are highly recommened as there are no sheltered areas in the park)
8. If a tent is used it MUST be properly secured to prevent injury.
9. ALL BLACK, LLC, its event sponsors, partners and volunteers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment, food, merchandise, paraphernalia, clothing, booths, stands, exhibit materials, or any other property of the Vendor, or Vendor's agents, employees, patrons, or guests, caused by theft, riots, strikes, civil commotion, fire, acts of God, or any other cause of whatever kind of nature.
