  • Thank you for your interest in our Online Career Readiness Training for Neurodiverse Job Seekers. It is aimed at individuals who hold a two or four year college degree (or equivalent), are currently underemployed or unemployed, have set the goal to get a job and be good at it, need the knowledge to strengthen their motivation and drive to reach the goal, and want flexibility in setting the pace and intensity of their training. For individuals that are currently employed gainfully, our courses will help them improve their workplace effectiveness and grow in their career with confidence.

    Completing and submitting the form below is Step 6 in the process for applying to the Training. Once your application is submitted, we will communicate your admission status to you via email.

    If you are accepted, you will also receive a welcome email with next steps for payment of traning fees and additional instructions for completing assignments in preparation for your selected courses.

  • The Online Career Readiness Training will provide you an opportunity to develop and practice personal skills and professional competencies needed for workplace success. This opportunity will also facilitate meeting and networking with employers and business professionals.

    You will derive the most value from the program if you are aware of your strengths and challenges, have clear goals, and are motivated to work toward them.

    With that in mind, please answer the following questions. We review this section carefully to determine your level of motivation to derive value from the training.

    Responses that are too terse, vague, or incomplete will not be considered good responses.

    Everyone is required to attend the Orientation and Neurodiversity @ Work Foundation course (Aug 12, 13, and 14).

    Depending on your needs, you can choose to attend subset of the courses in:

    • Personal Effectiveness (PE: Aug 18 – Sep 23),
    • Job Development (JD: Sep 24 – Oct 28),
    • Workplace Competencies (WC: Oct 29 – Nov 25).

    All the PE courses need to be completed in sequence before you can take any course in JD or WC. Courses in JD and WC need to be taken in the sequence offered.

    You can attend Simulated Workplace (SW: Dec 1 – Dec 12), only if you attend  ALL courses in JD, PE, and WC.
