Redo Services Policy

I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I request that you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations and no shows cost money. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $25 for hair cut & 50% for chemical services (color, highlights). For no show 100 % of the service(s) you booked. No refund.

Please keep in mind that if you are late for an appointment I may not be able to complete all services we have scheduled.
