*Supplemental Funding: This is NOT a matching grant but you may have additional supplemental funding that completes the project. You may apply for the full amount of your project provided if it is within the funding range of the grant. You will need to list the entire cost of the project and show how you intend to fund the portion that exceeds our grant award.
Please provide project INCOME. Income would be the grant amount you are applying for and any additional supplemental funding sources including personal funds, additional grant funds, or any appropriate in-kind contribution. Please list each source separately.
Grant award should be applied to hard expenses.
**An itemized budget, itemized store receipts, and copies of canceled checks or credit card reports are mandatory when submitting your final report, so be sure to keep all payment records. The total income amount should equal the expense amount.
