Discovery Kids Club Fall Registration Form

Welcome back to another great year of after school fun!

Please fill out your child's information, include school, grade your child is going into and select the after school location your child attends.

If your child is entering kindergarten please select whether your child requires the kindergarten transition.

You are registering your child for the full school year starting Tuesday September 2nd, 2025 to Thursday June 25th, 2026 last day of school.

For the Fall we are only taking kids for full time - you are then registering for 5 days a week Monday to Friday after school.

For Non Instructional Days & Early Dismissals you will need to pre-register for all 9 of them that we are open for these days in the school year. The fee of $25 / day extra for these full days are: September 2nd, September 3rd, September 19th, October 16th, October 24th, November 10th, April 20th, May 4th, & June 25th. (subject to change, waiting for school approval)

After submitting this form you will be contacted by March 15th and given confirmation of your child's fall registration. With your child's confirmation, a link will be provided to fill out the full child registration form with all your child's information and pick up details. As well details of the deposit required within 48 hours will need to be sent to secure your child's spot.
