GWSB Managed Duquès & Funger Hall Complex Space Request

A room is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email. A separate form must be completed for each different event. All requests will be honored upon availability. If you need assistance with catering and logistics, please contact GWSB Operations.
This form is to be used for booking GWSB Managed Spaces only.

However, the following rooms must be reserved through the university's Academic Scheduling Office:
