Request for Assistance

Please complete this form in its entirety if you wish to have East Brunswick Youth Council assist your event. Requests should be submitted, at minimum, two weeks in advance of your event.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. For any event that requires Youth Council volunteers, access to public restrooms is mandatory.
2. We are unable to accommodate volunteer requests at residential addresses.
3. We prioritize helping events for nonprofits and community groups. All other requests are reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis.
4. We generally require a minimum request of 8 volunteers per event. Any request with less than the minimum of 8 will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
5. If you do not hear from us regarding your event within 3 days after submitting your form, please email ebyouthcouncil@eastbrunswick.org.
