Receiving: Please advise if you want hand counts in notes, otherwise MKM will receive off of packslips/BOLS. Please advise if you want monthly inventories (or a specific inventory cadence).

Freight should arrive with the quote number clearly indicated on the packing slips. If freight has already been forwarded to our warehouse, please provide as much detail about the shipment as possible. Freight arriving without packing slips may incur additional charges for QC.

Will you need storage? How long?

One time or on-going project with multiple distribution lists. Please note on-going projects will be subject to a re-occuring set up fee.

Project Duration: Project will need to be re-quoted after 12 months.
