🚨Vendor registration fee is $55.00🚨 This fee covers your registration for the Paint Sip & Shop Till You Drop Event on Saturday, Aug 28th, 2021.
This event will held at Aguila’s Hideaway,12351 W Indian School Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392. Please provide a 6ft table, tablecloth and up to 2 chairs. Please be mindful that the registration fee is limited to your business only, as booth sharing is not permitted.
Vendor setup is 2:30pm-3:30pm and the event is 4pm-8pm. Set up must be complete by 3:30pm and Vendor take down not until 8pm. We ask that you donate an item valued $10-$20 for the raffle. Raffle item will be picked up during event setup. You will be provided 1 drink ticket to be redeemed inside the establishment for a soft drink or $4 alcoholic beverage.
Professional photos will be taken by our photographer and we will provide your photos to you digitally in the weeks following the event. Please share the flyer on social media and with your network. We ask that you post 2-3x the week of the event and invite your network to the event as well. We will have a facebook event that you can invite your network too also.
