Carnival Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Fireworks:
Saturday, September 20th at 10:00 PM
Vendor Information:
Setup Locations: Friday and Saturday: Martha Moore Park and McDowell Street
Setup Time: Friday set up after 10:00 AM. Saturday set up after 8:00 AM
Fees:
No charge for vendor space
$15 fee for electricity (receipt required for setup with power)
Street Closures:
McDowell Street: Closed from 9:00 AM on Friday, reopening Sunday morning
Wyoming Street: Two-way traffic on Friday and Saturday
NOTICE: All Food Vendors Must Have a CURRENT food handlers permit. (Per the McDowell Health Department requirement.) You will be required to have a copy with you on-site during the festival.
PLEASE NOTE: All vendors (except non-profit, church, Girl/Boy Scouts, etc) must have a business license from the State of WV before you are able to sell at the COALTOWN FALL Festival. Submit your application electronically at business4.wv.gov. For additional information call, 304-558-3333.
