Vendor Registration Information
Celebrate the Season in the Heart of Welch!
The City of Welch invites local businesses, artisans, food vendors, organizations, and community groups to participate in the 2026 Coaltown Fall Festival.
The festival will take place Wednesday, September 30 through Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Martha Moore Park in Downtown Welch.
The festival will feature carnival rides, live music, food, family activities, local vendors, Gospel Night, and fireworks.
FESTIVAL DATES
Wednesday, September 30
Carnival opens at 5:00 PM
Thursday, October 1 — Gospel Night
Carnival opens at 5:00 PM
Gospel Night begins at 6:30 PM
Performances by The Sescos and Robert Hale Band
Friday, October 2
McDowell Street closes at 9:00 AM
Two-way traffic on Wyoming Street begins.
Vendor setup begins at 10:00 AM.
Carnival opens.
Best of Times Band performs at 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 3
Vendor setup/opening begins at 10:00 AM.
Carnival opens at 10:00 AM
Detour Band performs at 7:00 PM
Fireworks at 10:00 PM in Downtown Welch
THURSDAY — GOSPEL NIGHT VENDOR INFORMATION
Thursday vendors are limited to church groups only.
Church group vendors may begin setting up at 4:00 PM on Thursday.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Please complete the vendor registration form with your contact information and details about your business, organization, products, or services.
Vendor space is located within the Coaltown Fall Festival area at Martha Moore Park and the surrounding Downtown Welch festival area.
By registering, vendors acknowledge the festival schedule and agree to follow all setup, operating, safety, and festival guidelines provided by the City of Welch.

NOTICE: All Food Vendors Must Have a CURRENT food handlers permit. (Per the McDowell Health Department requirement.) You will be required to have a copy with you on-site during the festival.
