Event Details:

Location: Martha Moore Park
Dates: Wednesday, September 25th and Friday, September 28th, 2024

Carnival Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Fireworks:
Saturday, September 28th at 10:00 PM

Vendor Information:

Setup Locations: Wednesday and Thursday: River Road at the bottom of Martha Moore Park (no power or water available)
Friday and Saturday: Top of Martha Moore Park and McDowell Street

Fees:
No charge for vendor space
$15 fee for electricity (receipt required for setup with power)

Street Closures:
McDowell Street: Closed from 9:00 AM on Friday, reopening Sunday morning
Wyoming Street: Two-way traffic on Friday and Saturday

NOTICE: All Food Vendors Must Have a CURRENT food handlers permit. (Per the McDowell Health Department requirement.) You will be required to have a copy with you on-site during the festival.

*All Craft/Table Vendors: Spaces are 10x10, you will need to bring your own tables, chairs and canopy, etc. Electricity is not provided but you may bring a quiet generator.

By signing the undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless the City of Welch and its employees, sponsors and its volunteers from any and all property damage, theft or any other losses or claims by actions arising from participation as a merchant vendor/ exhibitor in the Coalfields Heritage Festival. I agree to hold the City of Welch CoalTown Fall Festival harmless for any damage to my products, person or activities.
