We are so excited for you to pick out some new eyewear today that will not only be super stylish and look awesome on you, but that will also help you see life crystal clearly! Please review our eyewear purchase agreement so you know the benefits and exclusions your eyewear purchase at Professional VisionCare provides.
1. Your eyewear purchase provides you with FREE frame adjustments and minor repairs with our eyewear stylists for as long as you have this eyewear.
2. Your eyewear purchase also comes with a ONE YEAR frame and lens warranty, where we will replace your frame and/or lens at no charge to you if there is any damage that cannot be repaired. With this warranty, you will receive the same lenses/frame that you loved! The only exceptions to this warranty are if the eyewear was lost, stolen, or chewed up by animals. Using super glue in attempt to fix the frame voids this warranty. This warranty is valid for ONE replacement of lenses/frame per year.
3. Once you order your new eyewear, our experienced labs get right to work and begin your custom lens and fit to your new frame. Since this is a custom product made with your custom measurements, we are unable to offer a full refund if you change your mind on the frame or lenses, or if you feel they are not a good fit for you. We are also unable to "restyle" or pick out a new frame for your glasses once your eyewear purchase is completed.
4. We WILL replace your lenses if your prescription changes within 6 months of your eyewear purchase, to ensure that you can see clearly and comfortably!

6. If you wear contact lenses, a copy of your prescription will be provided for your convenience.
