We have opened a new engineering office in Vancouver and willing to reward referrals. 

We also believe that great people know other great people, which is why we want to reward anyone who can introduce us to the next rockstar engineer.

Here are the details of the position

Imagine you started your own startup, which 3-4 people would you reach out to? Who are the smartest or hardest-working people you know?

Participant Eligibility(You)

• You must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of Canada who is at least 18 years of age to participate.
• The Referred Candidate must be known to you in a personal or professional capacity. You also represent and warrant that the Referred Candidate is aware of and agrees to the referral application
• You are not eligible to participate if the submission of a referral may constitute a conflict of interest or violation of any non-solicitation requirement, to be determined by Instawork’s sole and exclusive discretion.
• If a candidate is referred more than once, the first referring individual will receive the incentive.
• You cannot be associated with or employed by a staffing/recruiting agency or consultant
• The Referral must be made for a position that is eligible for the External Referral Program

Candidate Eligibility

• Self-referrals will not be accepted. 
• Must not be a candidate that is in Instawork’s database, has applied to Instawork, or been in contact regarding employment opportunities at Instawork within the last 12 months
• Must be aware of and agree to the referral application
• The referral will not be eligible if the Candidate is bound by a non-compete agreement or a similar non-solicitation obligation or will expose Instawork to any type of litigation or conflict of interest. This will be determined at Instawork’s sole discretion

Payment Terms

• Qualifying individuals will receive $5,000 CAD for each referral  hired by Instawork, who completes  a minimum of 90 days work for the company, and No referral will qualify for payment until he or she has completed 3 months of employment. After this period, you will be contacted to arrange payment.
• To receive payment, you will be required to provide the required payment details.
• Referral Payments are subject to all applicable laws. Instawork will not make Referral Payments where such payment would violate any law, rule, standard, or regulation. By submitting a referral, you agree that you are solely responsible for any taxes imposed upon the Referral Payment made to you by Instawork and that you shall comply with all applicable law or regulation.

Additional Notes

• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, postpone, change or suspend this program at its sole discretion and at any time change these Terms and Conditions including the applicable rewards rate. By continuing to participate in the program you shall be deemed to accept such changes.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree they shall first negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve such dispute prior to implementing any other legal action. By submitting a referral, you agree that Instawork’s total liability under the agreement for any cause of action relating to the agreement is the lesser of your actual, direct damages, or $5,000 CAD.
