Empowerment Coaches are required to sign a contract and complete the "Empowerment Coach" program annually. This program is an education course with multiple sections and a completion test. If accepted as an Empowerment Coach, you must sign a contract, pay in-full for the "Empowerment Coach" program, as well as complete and pass the "Empowerment Coach" program. To secure your spot in the course, you need to either purchase the course outright or make your first payment (if opting for the payment plan) by your deadline. The course must be completed by your deadline, giving you ample time to dive deep into our coaching methodologies and become a master of empowering women through fitness. You do not have any "membership" fees outside of a cost and will be granted access to all PowHer.fit membership areas as long as you are an active Empowerment Coach in-good-standing with PowHer.fit. Failure to meet these obligations voids your Empowerment Coach contract and no refunds will be issued for fees paid.

If selected as an Empowerment coach, you must actively manage a personal PowHer.fit Community Group, your personal EC Community Facebook Group, as well as communicate and encourage members with-in your group in an effective and timely manner (you may choose to do this solely through PowHer.fit, Facebook, or other methods). The Empowerment Coach contract will outline these requirements in greater detail.

If selected as an Empowerment Coach, you are paid monthly based on your Influencer code use, as well as a flat rate based on number of members in group. The EC Contract will outline this in greater details.
