Thank you for your interest in being apart of LDN LEAN: Online Coaching. Below I have included information giving you a further insight regarding how this coaching process works and what is included upon joining. If you have any further questions following this document, just shoot me a quick DM.
NUTRITION
All clients have a fully tailored nutrition plan. Each client has the option of receiving a nutrition plan consisting of foods that you enjoy, receiving just macros or both so you have the flexibility between swapping from tracking macros and your meal plan. The goal of your nutrition plan is to hit your calorie/ macronutrient targets, improve your overall health, maximise performance in the gym and improve body composition. The biggest thing about nutrition with us is learning about nutrition and making it work FOR you rather than always fighting against it.
TRAINING
All clients receive a fully tailored training plan based around your goals and what equipment you have access to at the gym or at home. Whether your goal is to improve body composition by building new muscle tissue, dropping weight and body fat or sport specific, the exercises listed in your plan are personally tailored to your needs and are there to help you progress with achieving your specific goal. All exercises will come with a video demonstration to ensure you know what you are doing.
CHECK-INS
Check-ins are done on a weekly basis unless specified otherwise. On our training app where your workouts are stored there is a message section, we simply get you to write how your week has been through 3 aspects 1: TRAINING 2: NUTRITION 3: LIFESTYLE. We get our clients to touch on these 3 subjects of their week with as much detail as possible so we can give the relevent feedback and set in place the right gameplan on how to attack the following week.
This is an opportunity for you, the client, to speak up and communicate how you are finding the process and it is super important you relay any information regarding your own progress back to me so I can then go ahead and make adjustments to your nutrition, activity or training based off what you have told me. Upon starting, a day will be organised and set in stone for you to check in with me each week. You will receive a link which will bring you to your own check in form that requires you to fill out details such as your current weight, measurements, any struggles or difficulties you may be facing along with any feedback you deem neccasary. Each check in, you will be required to attach check-in photos or videos in natural lighting, first thing upon waking up. This will be our main form of communication each week ensuring everything is going well for you, we are making progress and you're enjoying the process.
CHECK-IN RESPONSES
Following you submiting your weekly check in form, this will be replied to as soon as possible in the format of either a zoom call or video feedback after going over your form. Check ins are replied to on the same day you submit your form. This includes you receiving a breakdown of any updates that may be made for the following week, breaking down last weeks progress and focus on areas we can improve on moving forward to ensure this process is progressive, positive and as enjoyable as it can be while going into the new week knowing EXACTLY what needs to be done.
COMMUNICATION
Alongside weekly check ins, I am available on whatsapp 7 days a week for your general questions or concerns you may be having regarding your plan. Its really important to ask any questions you have throughout this process. Think about it as having a PT in your pocket! The clearer things are for you, the more enjoyable and progressive this entire process will be.
MONTHLY CALLS
Each month there is an option for a video call or regular call. The purpose of this is to have a general catch up, reviewing how the past month has been for you, seeing if there are areas we can improve upon moving forward and make sure youre happy and totally clear with what you have to do for the new month.
PRICING
DB Elite coaching payments are on a monthly basis. Each month you will receive an invoice where this fee can be paid. The date will be the same for your payment each month. The monthly cost is £250. The minimum commitment we accept is 3 months due to it not being an overnight process and gives you a chance to really embark on the journey. The longer timeframe we have together, the better your progress will be. This process will be as educational as it will be progressive. I want you to be in a position when this coaching process is done, that you can succesfully manage both your training and nutrition effectively on your own. With a sufficient amount of time working together, not only will you be knowledgable enough to effectively manage your progress, but you will also have much better habits and foundations built for you to continue taking steps forward in terms of progress, be able to enjoy social outings without hindering your progress or associating guilt or negative/ restrictive feelings towards these occasions... And of course be in great shape!
