The San Antonio Botanical Garden would like to offer every student the opportunity to attend our programming. In pursuit of this goal, we are offering financial aid to schools and organizations in need. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, until designated funds are depleted. You will receive confirmation of your registration and notice of any amount due 5-7 business days after we receive your application.

Self-Guided Visits can be scheduled on any day of the week. We are still accepting Spring 2024 reservations for Self-Guided Visits. We are booked with morning guided programs through May. We are taking Group Requests for Self-Guided Visits and Huntopia Guided Tours for Summer 2024. Requests for the 2024-2025 school year will open in August.
Please note: The Botanical Garden staff will do its best to schedule your first choice of date and time. If none of your choices are available, the Botanical Garden staff will contact you about alternative dates. If you are requesting the Distance Learning Terrarium Ecosystem Program please choose the date you would like to pick up or have your supplies kits delivered.

Bus Reimbursement

San Antonio Botanical Garden is able to offer up to $250 in bus transportation reimbursement. In order to receive bus reimbursement, you will need to send (scan/email or fax) a copy of the bus invoice and checks are usually received 2 - 4 weeks after the required invoice is submitted. Reimbursement checks are usually received 2 - 4 weeks after the required invoice is submitted.
