*Resolutions & Directives*

DUE THURSDAY OF THE MEETING BY 5:30 PM. If your committee has a resolution or staff directive to share with the Board of Directors on Friday, make things crystal clear by labeling each as a "Resolution" or "Directive." Submit them to TVMA staff using this online Jotform by 5:30 pm on Thursday. Notify your Council Chair of any committee actions during or immediately after your meeting.

Budget Requests

If your committee wants to take an action that requires funding by TVMA, write your budget request for the next fiscal year (July 1-June 30) here. Deadline for budget requests is May 1.

CE Suggestions

Does your committee have suggestions for future continuing education? Write them here! Submissions made by June 30 will be considered for the next year's Annual Conference (ex: submit by 6/30/2025 for the 2026 Annual Conference). The TVMA CE & Conference Committee considers your requests when planning continuing education offerings. The committee, along with TVMA staff, confirm speakers and dates and determine the best fit for CE needs and budget allowances. Please DO NOT contact a potential presenter directly without coordinating/ receiving approval from the CE committee.
Suggested Topics and Speakers
Include name, address, city, and state if possible.
TVMA Practitioner of the Year Award Nominations

Highlight a fellow veterinary professional by nominating them for a TVMA award.
Awardees are recognized at the TVMA Annual Conference in February/ March, and nominations are due October 15. For more information about TVMA Practitioner of the Year Awards and to download a nomination form, visit https://www.tvma.org/Practice/TVMA-Awards.
