  • Membership Freeze

Member may request their membership be frozen for up to 3 months and will not be required to pay the enrollment fee when returning; however, initial memberships and first-time sign-ups are not eligible for a freeze until the full initial membership term has been completed.

Any additional freeze is allowed 12 months after the return date of the last freeze.

All freeze requests must be made 15 days or more before the next scheduled billing date; requests made in less than 15 days will result in the next scheduled membership payment being drawn.

All monthly freeze payments and all returning membership payments must be scheduled at the time the freeze request is submitted.  Member agrees to complete the scheduled freeze payment for each member to maintain active membership status during the freeze.  If any scheduled membership or freeze payment is missed, the agreement becomes void, and a new agreement and enrollment fee will be required to return to training at Peak Performance Justin.

A membership freeze does not pause, stop, shorten, or eliminate any financial or contractual obligations associated with the selected membership plan, and the membership term will be extended by the length of the freeze.  A freeze request is not a cancellation, cancellations cannot be submitted or processed while a membership is frozen, and the membership must be reactivated and returned to active billing before a cancellation notice may be submitted.

  • Membership Cancellation

As per the agreement signed at enrollment, all membership plans require a minimum of 30 days written notice  “Request for Membership Cancellation” prior to next billing date to ensure cancellation of recurring payments.

Cancellation requests submitted in less than 30 days to the next billing date will result in a final payment drawn from the member’s payment method on the established auto draft date.  Once final payment has been drawn from a member’s payment method, the member will have the remaining time based on the “Plan” selected to use the facilities.

It is the member’s responsibility to provide written notice 30 days in advance of the next billing date. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been received from the members payment method provided.

Should member cancel/terminate agreement for any reason, member agrees to pay remaining balance due for the “Plan” selected.
