Presentation Details
Some schools require multiple presentations for Constitution Day. This form may be completed to request one presentation or multiple presentations at the same school. For example, you may be requesting only one presentation to take place at the school (an individual class or an assembly), or you may be the lead teacher organizing multiple individual class presentations on behalf of the other teachers. Please let us know how many presentations you are requesting:*
We recognize that this school year presents new challenges. Some teachers may be able to accommodate a live presentation, while others may benefit from a recorded session to share with students for independent viewing. What presentation format works best for you and your students?*
*Pre-recorded sessions will still need to be conducted between the teacher and attorney at a time that works for both parties.
