    Bio-Therapeutic Return Policy:

    • Incorrect orders, shortages, or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date.
    • All replacement orders are required to be paid for prior to leaving our facility. If return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited at that time.
    • The returning party is responsible for shipping, handling, and applicable insurance charges on all returns, exchanged goods, and items sent in for repair. If a return or exchange is necessary due to a shipping or packaging error by Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc., the cost of the shipping will be reimbursed by Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc.
    • The acceptance of return for consumable products or accessories is at the discretion of Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc. A letter of explanation must accompany any returns of this nature. Any items which are opened or used may not be returned nor exchanged.
    • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/recertification fee. Additional fees may apply based on expenses and training costs incurred.
    • 30 days after shipping date, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
    • Applicable refunds are made via check, credit card, or “in house” account credit only at the discretion of Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc.

    Please note the following process with regards to all returns and repairs:

    1. Use the form below or Contact Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc customer service at 206-774-1159 (direct) or 1-800-976-2544 (toll free), or contact customerservice@biotherapeutic.com. Please have your original invoice number available and disclose all details regarding the reason for your return. Please note that our return policy is 30 calendar days from the date that the order was shipped from our facility.
    2. Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc Customer service will record all
      information and comments and supply you with an RMA number. Place the RMA
      number clearly on the return box and send the shipment to us through a controlled, insured, and trackable method of shipping. UPS is highly suggested. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost for return shipments is the customer’s responsibility as well as insuring the contents accordingly. Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc does not accept responsibility for the shipment until it is received at our facility.
    3. When the shipment is received at Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc all RMA information will be reconciled with the information recorded in the original communication. Once verified, the RMA will be processed accordingly.
    • New, unused, undamaged, unaltered product returns will be processed in 2
      business days. Please allow credit card company processing time, which will
      vary depending on credit card company policies.
    • Technology returns require recertification, testing, and a complete inspection by our technicians. Technology returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the original value.
    • Repairs: Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc customer service will contact you with questions, authorization for the repair if not previously approved, payment information, and return shipping information. It is our goal to ship standard repairs within 4 working days from the time equipment is received. Some repairs will take longer, depending on the extent of the repair. In addition, please note the following:
      • Bio-Therapeutic / Micro Current Technology, Inc does not have the ability to repair technology over 5 - 7 years of age. Please note that the average lifespan for small technology is 2 to 3 years, and large technology 4 to 5 years. Anything that is approaching or has surpassed its life expectancy is generally deemed not feasible for repair.
      • Labor Rate Notice: Minimum of 1 hour of labor, hourly labor charge is $95. Parts billed separately.
