  • Tutoring Options:

    1. Evening & Weekend Enrichment is performed at Math Made Simple. Our staff will provide homework assistance or bridge academic gaps as needed to help build their confidence in math and/or literacy. Days & time slots are available Monday through Thursday 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM & Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for Math, and Monday & Tuesday 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM for Literacy.

    • Select the days and times your child will be receiving Evening/Weekend Enrichment from Math Made Simple.
    • Your weekly rate will be determined by the number of hours you choose.
    • The days and times Literacy tutoring is offered are as follows:
      • Monday between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm
      • Tuesday between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm

  • Notes About Evening/Weekend Enrichment (General)

    • Please make sure you only select the subject(s) you would like us to tutor you or your child(ren) in to get the correct pricing.
    • When selecting the times and hours, please do not select the same times for a given day. For example:
      • If you select Monday 4:30 pm for Literacy, please do not select Monday 4:30 pm for Math as these times will conflict.
    • For students enrolling in both Math & Literacy, please only select 4 hours for Math and 4 hours for Literacy. 
    • We do not tutor on Fridays or Sundays
    • The schedule you choose is tentative pending approval from Math Made Simple and may have to be adjusted to make sure we maintain our high standards of service. 
    • If an adjustment is to be made, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

  • Notes About Evening/Weekend Enrichment (Literacy) (Null)

    • Literacy is currently TBD. Please select whether or not you would like to be notified when we begin tutoring in Literacy again at Math Made Simple.

  • Notes About Evening/Weekend Enrichement (Math & Literacy) (Null)

    • Select the days and times your child will be receiving Virtual Assistance from Math Made Simple.
    • You can select up to eight(8) hours (4 hours of Math and 4 hours of Literacy) or up to twelve(12) hours (6 hours of Math and 6 hours of Literacy)
    • This question will be disabled after selecting twelve(12) hours.
    • Your weekly rate will be determined by the number of hours you choose.

  • Auto Pay Notes

    • Math Made Simple offers Auto Pay.
    • If you're interested in auto pay, there is a form that must be filled out and returned to us.
    • If you decide to use Auto-Pay, we'll give you a copy of the form that needs to be filled out the first day you arrive.
    • We run payments every Friday excluding weeks when we're closed.
    • You may opt out at any time.
    • If you opt out in the middle of the week, a payment will still be debited from your method of payment unless you contact us before the upcoming Friday at 10:00 AM.
    • If you are on auto pay and wish for a payment not to be taken out for a particular week, we must be notified before the Friday that the payment is due to be debited before 10:00 AM 
    • If the transaction is unsuccessful, the client will be removed and will not be able to return until payment in full for the 12 week period is recieved.

  • Notice About Payments:

    • Registration is $127 per child.
    • Deposit Options:
      • Registration + 1st Week (Must select Auto-Pay and agree to terms).
      • Registration + 1st Week + 11th Week + 12 Week
    • Payments are due every week that Math Made Simple is open regardless of if services are rendered or not.
    • If a student is out for an entire week from when services began, the payment collected for that week will be applied to the last payment of the agreement.
    • A late fee of $10 will be added to each payment that is more than two (2) days late.
    • This is a 12 week agreement between you and Math Made Simple.
    • If you must stop for whatever reason before the end of the 12 week cycle, 2 weekly payments are due. 
    • For example: If you choose the Evening Enrichment (6 hours of Math tutoring per week) option, and only complete 6 weeks of the 12 week agreement, the remaining balance is $360. $120 (60 per week x 2) is due to satisfy the agreement.
