    To complete this form, you will require the following:

    • A copy of your Early Childhood qualification
    • Proof that your qualification is approved by ACECQA (where applicable)
    • Proof of WWC/VIT
    • Proof of Police Check 
    • A copy of your First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certificates
    • A current resume and cover letter which addresses the Key Selection Criteria outlined in the position description
    • Information for two referees who can attest to your suitability for the position
