In relation to weather conditions is there a period that is not viable at your venue. Does your club currently have a works plan that is required to be completed prior to further licensing of your track.
Are there any restrictions in realtion to your venue or track for these events? (Dates, times etc)
Since your last track inspection have you completed or do you intend to complete track works at your venue. Please note that changes to jumps or track layout mean that your track is no longer licensed and will require to be reinspected.
If your club are completing track alterations when will these be undertaken and completed.
Is camping available onsite?
Do you have an existing sign on area and tower area? (Please provide details on both)
Are your gates undercover, do you have an undercover loading bay?
