Cakes must be pre-ordered at least one week in advance. Order confirmations are subject to booking availability. You will receive confirmation from one of our team members.

Important suggestions for order pick-ups
- Please have your air conditioning running before collection. The atmosphere should be chilled when transporting the cake.
- Place cake on a flat surface while driving (for example, the passenger front seat floor). It is not recommended to transport the cake on your lap
Delivery

After the cake is delivered it will need to be refrigerated until you are ready to cut and serve it. The cake should only be out for about 30 to 40 minutes and should be refrigerated beyond that time.
