1. PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD: *preferred method* Click the blue-button on your invoice and you will be directed to payment. That link is connected to this submission. It may be forwarded to your athletic department for payment if needed.
2. PAY BY CHECK, please print, and send in the invoice attached to the Invoice with payment before the deadline date to complete your registration process.
REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until the confirmation form and check are mailed to the CCCAM Treasurer. Please be sure to do so at your earliest convenience.
