Understanding CCCAM Membership 

CCCAM is the Competitive Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan. It is our purpose to provide education, leadership, and guidance to all girls competitive cheer coaches. Therefore, our focus is to enhance and promote the growth of girls competitive cheer as a sport in Michigan. The benefits of the CCCAM membership include:

Membership is valid from September 1, 2021 to September 1, 2022

Membership & Summit Costs

Cost for Only Membership: $40

Cost of Summit + Membership: $100 (Early Bird)  $125 if postmarked after October 1!

 

 Notes

• You must be a member of CCCAM for the 2021-2022 school year to attend the Fall Summit. The membership form must be paid prior to or concurrently with your Summit Registration.
• Early Registration discount applies only to those payments postmarked by October 1st.
• If not in attendance at Summit, the deadline for membership for the 2021-22 year is due no later than February 1st, 2022 for consideration for recognition awards for coaches and athletes.
• All memberships are non-transferable. Memberships are valid from the date of receipt of payment until May 1st of the next year.

The MHSAA Competitive Cheer Rules Meetings will be led by Kathy Westdorp, MHSAA Assistant Director and the MHSAA Representative for Competitive Cheer. It will include MHSAA Rules & Competitive Cheer Rules. Attending this session completes your Rules Meeting Requirement so that you do not need to complete it online.

There are two options for payment. You may choose to pay online through PayPal using your PayPal account or a credit or debit card; or you may print your invoice and mail in with payment to our treasurer. PayPal does charge a processing fee which will be added to your total cost if you choose to pay online.

 

For quicker processing of payment and registration confirmation, we encourage you to pay via PayPal. Reminder that your registrations for Saturday events will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

After Submission, you will also receive a separate email with your invoice.

Options for Payment: 

1. PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD:  *preferred method* Click the blue-button on your invoice and you will be directed to payment.  That link is connected to this submission. It may be forwarded to your athletic department for payment if needed.

 2.  PAY BY CHECK, please print, and send in the invoice attached to the Invoice with payment before the deadline date to complete your registration process.  

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until the confirmation form and check are mailed to the CCCAM Treasurer. Please be sure to do so at your earliest convenience.

Any registrations for Summit & Membership MUST be received/postmarked by October 1st, or a $25 late fee will be assessed.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY MEMBERSHIPS SUBMITTED AND PAID FOR AFTER FEBRUARY 1, 2022 WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ACADEMIC ALL STATE  OR COACH OF THE YEAR AWARDS.
