Facility Rentals are $50.00/hour for dance classes only & $75.00/hour for all other special events.There is a three hour minimum for all reservations with a $75.00 Security and Sanitation/Cleaning Fee.There are no drugs, smoking, or illegal substances consumed or served on the premises.The renter is responsible for any damages that may occur during their scheduled facility rental.The renter will make sure the facility is cleaned and returned to the original setting after the event.

Dance Studio Rental

Limited access to the facility for dance purposes only such as classes and rehearsals. There is a minimum of two hours for all dance studio rentals. No special events will be accepted with this hourly rate. The security deposit includes liability and insurance coverage for the venue and all associated cleaning fees.
