Tailored Titles for Movies

A librarian will look at your response and choose three movies for you based on your responses. You will be notified by email when your Tailored Titles for Movies bundle will be ready for pickup at Avon Lake Public Library's holds shelf within seven business days of completing this survey. After you've completed the survey, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed directions for picking up your Tailored Titles for Movies from the Library. You must have a current Avon Lake Public Library card and be at least 18 years of age in order to use this service. Tailored Titles for Movies will be held for five days. Please note that if you sign up for this service, the Library will keep track of the titles we choose for you. Participants who do not pick up their movies after two times will be removed from the program.
