Dues shall be payable in advance on the first day of July in each fiscal year. New members joining for the first time, who join in the last quarter of the fiscal year (April - June) will have their dues applied to the next fiscal year. This time extension does not apply to current members who make payments of dues in the last quarter of the fiscal year. (Article 11:02)
