We will initially work on your custom logo and once these are approved they will be applied to your designs.

Designs will be formatted to be used immediately and ready for quailty print where relevant.
**IMPORTANT**

What you enter into this form is a final draft of how you wish your information to appear in your designs. If we are still working together to finalize your chosen domain, email address and SMART number, I will update this form on your behalf with the new information.

If you make an error or require any changes/additions once your designs have been reviewed and approved by you, there will be a $15 additional fee to edit and re-upload each finalized design item.

Some states require agents to include brokerage information or their license number on materials like business cards and for-sale signs. Be sure to review your state’s regulations and provide the correct details in this form to stay compliant.

Failing to include this information may result in additional charges for design revisions after the initial work is complete. If you don’t have the required details yet, select 'NO' in the next question, and we’ll hold off on certain designs until you provide the information.
