Welcome to Smart Africa Digital Readiness Survey!

The Smart Africa Secretariat launched a Smart Devices Project.

Among the objectives of the project is to make smart devices available and affordable to member states.

"Smart Devices" are laptops, tablets, smartphones and smartboards.

A component of the project is to aggregate the governments’ smart devices requirements and consequently acquire the devices through a bulk-purchase scheme in order to leverage the benefits of economies of scale.

To this end, we request that you complete and submit this survey for your country be considered for the Smart Devices Bulk-purchase scheme. This should be completed and submitted on or before 28th of February 2022.
