While working as an employee of Adroba Security you are going to be held to a much higher standard than if you worked for a different Security Company. You are always expected to conduct yourself in a Professional manner, with Integrity, Honesty, and with Respect for others. We are representatives of our clients and must always conduct ourselves in a way that reflects the level of quality that they expect. We must always remember that we are here to provide a service at a Venue and to its Guests. We must always try to resolve any issues in a Friendly, Professional, and Courteous manner, even if the Guest is not treating you in the same way. Our goal is to be more of a Host than a Security Guard. We want our guests to have a good time so they will want to return and so they will tell others. Make sure to say hello whenever possible, smile, help them through the crowd, and thank them for coming at the end of the night. Doing all of these things will not only provide a better service to our client and its Guests but it will also be helpful, if for some reason you have to intervene in a situation where a guest or guests are acting inappropriately. The guest that you have been nice to and that you have helped during the night is more likely to listen to you and also more likely to come to you with a problem before it becomes a major issue.
Below are a few things to remember:
- Smile
- Be helpful
- Be respectful
- Host
- Be alert and aware of what is going on around you
- Don’t lean on things
- Stay off your cell phone
- Always pay attention to your Radio
- Always look out for each other and for the venues best interests
At no time should any employee of Adroba Security accept any type or bribe to allow a guest to do anything that breaks the Venues rules or jeopardizes the Venue in any way. There is a huge difference between a tip and a bribe. A tip is given for a service or a job well done and is acceptable. A bribe is given to break the rules or look the other way and will be grounds for termination.
Consumption of alcohol is expressly forbidden before or during your shift. Violation of this will lead to immediate termination.
Any Guard found to be in possession for use or sale of any form of Narcotics or under the influence of any type of Narcotics may be terminated and will face criminal charges. At no time will any Guard engage in any type of action that causes bodily injury to a guest or an employee. Any such action will lead to disciplinary action or possibly termination.
All Guards will turn in to Lost and Found Management, or their Lead, any items that are found while working for Adroba Security at a venue.
Any Guard caught stealing or attempting to steal anything will be terminated immediately.
No Guard will ever attempt to sneak in any guest or attempt to help any guest bypass the ID process or cover charge.
Every effort is to be made to give as much notice as possible anytime a Guard requires a day off or needs to call out.
All Guards are to be Guard Card certified and are required to carry their Guard Card on their person at all times. Guards are required to show their Guard Card any time Law Enforcement or Management requests to see it.
All Guards are required to follow and abide by all state and Federal laws at all times
Perception is everything. How our Guests perceive us, how management perceives us, and how our co-workers perceive us will determine how successful we are at providing the level of service that comes along with the name Adroba Security.
