Student Registration Form

For children entering PreK - third grade this fall. They will meet during Mass (Sat. 5 PM, Sun. 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM) Fees are 1 child-$60, 2 children-$75, 3 children-$95. If you volunteer to teach for one quarter, then fee is waived for the year.
