Fridays in Motion events are hosted at the YMCA one Friday each month for youth ages 5-17 with diverse abilities.

This FREE monthly themed social event encompasses 2 hours of activities with like-minded individuals and is run by volunteers who engage the participants through games, activities, arts and crafts. This is a drop-off event, intended for like minded teens to socialize together.

Families are not required to participate in activities. Participation is free and open to members and non-members. Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
