Thank you for your interest in my commissions, by filling in this form you are applying for my commissions

Below I will share information about pricing, terms & Conditions and how it all works. Just to make sure we are both on the same page, Original Characters and or Existing Characters or a mix of both are all good!

I'm also good with working with you to create a character from scratch and with inspiration pictures.

My Rates can be seen in the images below and feel free to scroll through them and take as long as you need for picking a price and idea that's right for you. 

By sending in this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions as of written below. 

• My art wil be used for personal use only, this entails posting on social media and using in personal envoirments. If you want to use my art for commerical pruposes, an additional liciseing fee will apply. Please contact me through social media or email to discuss the specifics.
• I do not work on my art full time, i do have limited time to work on my art and or reply to messages and request, so please be patient with me. 
• I'll try to keep you updated through out the process, if there are any corrections you want me to make please try to address them as early in the process as possible. 
• I reserve the right to refuse any sommision request at my discretion, if i'm uncomfortable withthe subject or there is another reason i feel like your request does not suit me. 
• When the drawing is finished, i will be sending you a High Resolution PNG file of your commission. If you'd like a different file type or a transparent background, you can always ask. I do not do Prints of commissions.
• Once you've received the High Resolution image, it's yours to use as you see fit. If you like to post it online you can always tag me in it, it's not mandotory. But don't pass it off as your own or someones elses and don't sell it in any way. 
• Turning my work into an NFT is not allowed. (So please don't) 
• There is no deadline on my commission, of course i try to finish them whenever i have time. But if you do need it before a certain deadline, and it's within 21 days of your application please contact me first through Email or Social media and i'll see if it will fit in with my schedule. 

 

• For Dutch people only: If you have a Dutch bank account and can make a direct wire transfer the payment will go through a "Betaalverzoek" or a "Tikkie".
• If you are not Dutch, all payments will go through PayPal, the PayPal Fees (5%) will be added on top of the commission price. 
• All prices are in Euro's (€) so please check you exhange rate to see what that is in your prices. 
• Please await my PayPal Invoice before paying. This will make sure it all goes right. 

 

• You can pay the full amount at once, this will be all upfront before i start working on the drawing. 
• or split the payment into two. The first half will be due upfront. The second half comes after you've approved of the final image. I will send you the high Resolution Image after the full payment has been received. 
• If there are any complications or want to schedule a different way of payment, contact me! We can work something out! 

Now that is all out of the way, time to chat and learn more about you.

Now it's time for the fun part! 

* There are ofcourse additional costs to adding a background, but depending on the complication or difficulty the prices will vary. 

 I am also able to a bigger background/scenic drawings, if the main focus in the background or scenic drawing, please inculde this in your discription so i can calculate the prices and hit you up and we can have a chat about your idea. 

And we are done! 

I now have all the info I need to have to make this go as smooth as possible for the both of us. 

Once you've hit Submit, I'll look over your application and get back to you with the price quote and a time estiamte within a couple of days. Of course you can still decline the commission after that.
