Partnership Model for 2024

Levels of participation:

Large Hotel Chain Partner: 151+ Hotels in portfolio. Must secure space through GSO (you may complete this form and I'll pass along your interest). Fee per representative: $4,800 USD

Small Hotel Chain Partner: 25-150 Hotels in portfolio. Must secure space through GSO (you may complete this form and I'll pass along your interest). Fee per representative: $4,700 USD

Independent Partner: Max per organization - 3, based on availability. Fee per representative: $4,500 USD

All Partners are required to submit a $3,000 FMV Auction Donation per representative (or a $1,500 USD cash buy out)
Hotel Accommodations: Grand Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood Baha Mar

Buyer and Supplier Room block is divided among each of the properties. The Partner discounted room rate for each hotel is: $350.00 inclusive of taxes, resort fee, and property service fee over the program dates, May 28-31, 2024.

Housing for Partners will open in January to all contracted, confirmed and registered attendees. Hotel blocks are first come, first serve.

Independent Partner organizations can request a max of 3 spaces. How many spaces are you interesting in contracting?* Based on $4,500 per person registration with a minimum FMV Auction donation of $3,000 (or a $1,500 buy out fee in place of the auction donation). Determining the number of spaces you’ll be allocated will be based on a combination of availability, history and date & time the form was received.*
