Thank you for your interest in attending the 2021 ITA Coaches Convention at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada from Friday, December 3rd through Monday, December 6th.
To register, please complete the form and payment below. After you have successfully registered, a confirmation email will be sent (which will include the link to our hotel room block). Please note that our block is based on first come first served for all of our attendees.
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) continues to closely monitor the situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19 and Delta variants). When it comes to decision-making, our commitment is always to protect the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, and programs, as well as families and fans. We will continue to keep everyone up to date should the CDC and safety guidelines in Las Vegas alter the 2021 ITA Coaches Convention.
For cancellations received on or before Friday, November 26th, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. (Note: this includes a $25.00 administrative fee).
After Friday, November 26th, NO refund will be issued.
Upon registering for the 2021 ITA Coaches Convention, you are agreeing to either show proof of your vaccination card or a negative COVID test (taken within 72 hours of Friday, December 3rd) upon checking into the JW Marriott to attend this year’s Convention.
