Where: Kansas City, MO. Can you identify the construction materials used in residential construction, use Xactimate to find those line items, and complete an estimate? In this class, we will learn to identify materials, find line items, and complete estimates by sketching and using Xactimate to find line items. We will also cover creating and uploading other reports, such as Photo reports, General Loss Reports, Narrative reports, and Valuation reports, using Xactimate. This course would be great for anyone who cannot identify construction methods and materials or understand Xactimate. Must have an Xactimate Desktop installed on your laptop for this class. * We will teach you what photos are needed when inspecting different types of claims and what areas must be addressed.
* You will learn to measure material at risk and write a quality estimate by sketching in Xactimate.
* With the knowledge gained from our courses, you should be able to become much more successful than an adjuster without training.
