12–day In-person Beginning Adjuster Bootcamp - March 9-20 Where: GRS training facility, Bradenton, Fl. The Beginning Adjuster Bootcamp provides a practical approach to adjusting claims for first-time adjusters. The course is conducted in a classroom setting, where we prepare students through hands-on claim handling using our Mock House and other facilities. We aim to help the students succeed in their first claims and beyond. Many of our students have become successful Desk Adjusters and Field Adjusters. The Beginning Adjuster Bootcamp is a 12-day course that prepares the adjuster for their job. The first five days of the course emphasize policy interpretation, customer service skills, construction materials and methods, damage recognition, scoping (inspecting losses), and other essential skills for a successful adjuster. The following five days are dedicated to Xactimate training, one of the most widely used estimating platforms. We complete the Xactimate training, followed by practical scenarios to prepare students for the field or the desk. Over the next two days, we will learn how to use Cotality’s claims estimating software. Knowing this software, along with Xactimate, makes students more marketable to Deployment teams looking for an adjuster to deploy. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills(must be able to navigate and save files) Must have a computer that is compatible with Xactimate. 2-Day In-Person Cotality (formely CoreLogic Symbility ) class - March 19-20Where: GRS training facility, Bradenton, Fl. The course is a two-day training program designed to provide hands-on experience adjusting claims using Cotality’s estimating platform. The course is conducted in a classroom setting, focusing on repair estimates using a mock house and the Cotality’s estimating software. * We emphasize the importance of providing excellent customer service.
* We will teach you what photos are needed when inspecting different types of claims and what areas must be addressed.
* You will learn to measure material at risk and write a quality estimate by sketching in Xactimate.
* With the knowledge gained from our courses, you should be able to become much more successful than an adjuster without training.
