In this class, we will learn to identify those materials, find the line items, and complete estimates by sketching and finding line items using Xactimate. We will also cover creating and uploading other reports such as Photo reports, General Loss Reports, Narrative reports, and Valuation reports using Xactimate This course would be great for anyone who cannot identify construction methods and materials or understand Xactimate. For this class, you must have an active or demo version of Xactimate Desktop installed on your laptop. 12 day – In-person Beginning Adjuster BootcampWhere: GRS Training Facility in Bradenton, Fl. When: 12 Straight days beginning February 24th – March 7th 2025 8:30 – 4:30 daily Cost: $1,400.00 Before February 14th (After Feb 14th $1,500.00) Register: GRS Training Registration The Beginning Adjuster Bootcamp is designed to provide a practical approach to adjusting claims for the first time. The course is conducted in a classroom setting, where we focus on preparing the students through hands-on claim handling using our Mock House and other facilities. We aim to help the students succeed in their first claims and beyond. We will review policy, customer service, construction materials and methods, damage recognition, and Scoping or inspecting losses. We will then learn how to Sketch roofs and interiors and write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility. This is a must-have class for becoming a successful adjuster. This course includes 30 days of Xactimate.

2-Day In-Person CoreLogic Symbility classWhere: Bradenton, Fl Training Facility When: March 6-7th Cost: $100.00 The Symbility course is a two-day training program that aims to provide hands-on experience in adjusting claims using the Symbility estimating platform. The course is conducted in a classroom setting and focuses on repair estimates using a mock house and the Symbility estimating software.
