IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM:

Incoming IIIrd formers (9th graders) do not need to make a community service selection, as all new IIIrd formers will rotate community services throughout the year at the zoo, at the farm, and in recycling.

All other new students will complete one term of community service at the zoo (fall or winter/spring) and one term in another community service offering. 

We ask that you select six choices with the goal of placing you in one of those six. 

If you would like more information on community service options, please read the descriptions by clicking on the name of any service listed above. Please note that some community services have already been filled by returning students, and so you will only see services with openings as your choices below.

Incoming IIIrd form (9th grade) students will rotate between our three largest community services: the zoo, the farm, and recycling. You do not need to submit this form, as we have already included you in the IIIrd form rotation.
